So I have my big camera, my little camera that lives in my purse, and my iphone camera. While taking pics this morning on my little camera, I realized that there were a lot of thins that happened this month that I thought I'd recap. First off the new Kroger opened close to our house. We went, loved it. After church one Sunday we couldn't help but stop for a pic with the Wiener Mobile. :) So fun!I decided to include this one just because I love it.Here is Micah teaching P to use an ipod :)One day Chili's had a coupon for buy one adult meal, get 2 kids free. Daddy, me, and All of the Rosburys minus Cary went for lunch. All of the kids were free, it was a fun trip! (Picture me next to Daph on the end) Sweet picture of my boys all tuckered out after a day in the country.Patton and Pamp-Pa. Patton loves his "Team Grandpa" outfit Daddy bought for him.Micah and Mrs. Boswell on St. Patrick's Day. I Love it!Trying on hats at Target :) I just loved him in this one.... I think I should buy it!Micah loves playing with the neighbor kids. This is one of the newest things that he's picked up from them. I never knew anything about this growing up, but Stacy did. Somehow the kids stick water bottles on their bikes and when the tires hit the bottle it makes a loud sound. Micah does this and calls it his "motor bike." Moonwalk season has been in full swing for over a month now. We've been staying pretty busy on the weekends. We even had two events during the week this week. One of or regular Chick-fil-As that we have the pleasure of doing business with celebrated their birthday on Thursday night. After we set up we decided to go out to eat. I snapped this pic of Daddy and Micah, another sweet pic if you ask me :) So that's some of our March so far..... with one week to go.
Micah came home the day before St. Patrick's day asking and asking questions about leprechauns. I wasn't even sure how I was supposed to answer his questions. He was SO excited that the leprechauns were coming that night..... I just didn't know what to do or say. He even slept in green pjs just to be sure he wouldn't get "pricked." The fist thing he asked as soon as he woke up was whether or not the leprechauns came. I told him that I didn't think know, because I really didn't know. What do leprechauns do? This was all brand new to me. I did make these for his class and he was extra excited about that!I made sure that I had everything prepared to send in a yummy green snack in honor of this day. I had cupcakes, plates, napkins, cups and all. Not only did I show up to school without the juice, but I FORGOT to make sure that Micah had something green to wear! The boy has around 30 pairs of shorts, no telling how many shirts, but I had to literally cut the tags off of the shirt to make sure that he wore green on St. Patrick's Day! I guess I don't pay attention to my buying habits, he had ONLY ONE green shirt in his closet! Note to self: Buy more green, Just in case :) Here are my sweet things. Patton's shirt says "Rub my belly for good luck" :)
Because Patton can sit up, I have started letting him and Micah take baths together. Which reminds me, I really should get a pic of that. It's pretty sweet. Anyway, this morning during the bath, Micah REALLY wanted to help wash Patton. I had no problem with that, I just wanted to be sure he did a good job. I told him to wash Patton's arms and legs, back, and tummy, hiney and toes. Micah wispered, "You shouldn't say hiney, you should say bottom." I asked, "really? why?" He then told me that it's against the law to say hiney. :)
While choosing Doritos out of the bag Micah kept getting full chips, not broken ones and said, "Wow, I'm King of the Big ones tonight!" (TWSS)
While listening to The Macarena Micah said, "This makes me want to be a Mexican. It's a good dancing song."
Micah showed me some sock fuzz and said, "Look what I found in my big toe." I told him that we really need to cut his toenails, to which he responded, "So I can find more treasures?!"
The boy is a HOOT!!
