Eyes

Poor ol' Stacy has been talking about going to have an eye exam done for as long as I can remember. He has a pair of glasses that are probably 10+ years old, but rarely ever wears them. He just really needs to make an appointment.
Last Monday while Stacy was out of town working, he got sawdust in his eye. He couldn't get it out and was in a lot of pain. He worked until way to late to be able to find a Dr still open. I was afraid his eye was going to get scratched or even worse, blinded. He asked me to find him an eye Dr. I learned the difference between an optometrist and an opthamologist. And after calling 6+ Drs. I finally made him an appointment for Wednesday morning. By the time he got there, the sawdust or whatever had been in his eye was gone. His eye no longer looked awfully bloodshot and like a drug user's. The Dr took a look at his eye, told him that he had nothing to worry about other than dry eyes. $75 later......
He went ahead and scheduled an eye exam too for later this month.....
